I had the pleasure of speaking to the top 21 boys and girls finishers with their families and coaches at the MHAL Cross Country dinner a few nights ago. It was nice to see and meet many of the talented XC runners we have in the Hudson Valley and to see New Paltz represent as the Boy and Girls champions.
